Solar Moonshot Program Grantee

Seneca Nation : Faithkeepers School
“We appreciate the financial support provided by the Hammond Climate Solutions Foundation and the Solar Moonshot Program to make this 43kW solar array a reality. The solar array was installed on the Faithkeepers School, the school teaches the Seneca youth and has a mission of fostering independent, confident, and socially responsible citizens who are exposed to the traditional teachings of Gaiwi:yo:h and the traditions of the Seneca people. This building uses a lot of electricity and this array will allow us to keep expenses down, so that we can dedicate more resources to our children and their activities.”
